PhD in cell biology and anatomy. Clinical research career at a major pharmaceutical company. And absolutely miserable.

Jessica Davis had done everything right — studied hard, earned the credentials, landed the prestigious job. And hated every minute of it. The politics. The corporate machine. The feeling of trading her days for someone else's agenda. Network marketing wasn't her plan. It was her exit.

She's a Texas girl, a self-described personal development and digital marketing obsessive, a front-row student in every room she's ever walked into, and — by her own cheerful admission — probably undiagnosed ADHD. She talks fast, thinks faster, and has never once done anything halfway.

The Business That Had to Be There For Her

When Jessica joined network marketing in 2016, she did what she always does: went all in. She had early success. She also burned herself completely out — doing every call, every training, every onboarding herself, being everything for everybody while her team still wasn't winning. She'd escaped corporate America but built herself a different kind of prison.

In 2018 she found AttractionMarketing.com, became a student, and started learning a smarter way to build.

Then in 2019, her son Liam was born with a congenital heart defect —only half a heart.

Doctors told her he might not even survive to birth.

He was born. And for 96 days, Jessica lived at his side in the cardiac ICU —monitors beeping constantly, the outside world on hold, nothing mattering except being present for her son. Her business kept running without her. She never had to choose between him and a job. She got to just be his mom.

She lost Liam on April 29, 2019. 🕊️

In the months that followed — planning his memorial, navigating grief, leaving an abusive relationship —she came close to quitting everything.

Her mentorship year at AttractionMarketing.com was ending. She hadn't asked for anything. Then JT and the mentorship team reached out: you're not quitting on yourself. The time you lost, we're giving back to you.

That moment of belief —from people who had no obligation to give it —is something she talks about to this day. She wouldn't be in business, she says. Or physically here.

Built to Last This Time

In 2021, Jessica relaunched her business.

This time differently —smarter systems, leveraged strategies, working in a way that didn't require her to be everything for everyone.

She hit a top 20 position in her company and spoke on stage at their conference. A dream she'd carried for years.

Today she's a network marketing top leader, an AttractionMarketing.com mentor, and a single mom of three — Lane, Lennon, and Liam, her angel baby.

She's faith-driven, science-minded, deeply committed to personal development, and someone who writes quotes on her bathroom mirror every morning as reminders of who she's choosing to be that day.

She didn't survive everything she's survived to play small. And she won't let you either.
