Melissa Corvin got introduced to network marketing in 2001 by a college professor —while she was working two part-time jobs, her husband was building a cutting horse training business from scratch, and they were trying to figure out how to make ends meet.

She was 18. And she's been building ever since.

Over the next two decades, she'd navigate a serious car accident, a banking career, a jewelry direct sales company that eventually folded, two kids, a team that tripled overnight during COVID and then lost its footing —and the slow, stubborn realization that hustle alone was never going to get her where she actually wanted to go.

The Long Game

Melissa grew up in Texas with an entrepreneurial eye — she and her husband Zeb once drove around asking each other what it would be like to own a McDonald's franchise.

When network marketing was introduced as the answer to that question, something clicked. She worked that first company through college, built some results, hit a wall, and in 2005 had a bad car accident that sidelined everything.

She returned to corporate America, climbed to branch manager in banking, and had her first daughter McKenzie in 2009.

That was the moment it all shifted. Her bosses were all men. Nobody understood why she wanted flexibility to be home with her baby. She tried a jewelry direct sales company.

Then the company folded. In January 2014, she walked back into the bank after 12 weeks of maternity leave with her son Zachary and said —out loud, to herself — I can't do this anymore.

She quit cold turkey. No backup plan. Just faith, some savings, and a husband who said he'd figure it out.

In September 2014, she was approached by three network marketing companies in the same month. She said yes to the right one —and within three weeks of using the products, had a before-and-after photo that generated 30 to 40 comments on Facebook overnight.

She didn't know it at the time, but she was already doing attraction marketing.

For the next several years she built —hard, smart, and with enormous results. She led a team to over 25,000, helped seven women become million-dollar earners, and personally earned nearly $5 million in commissions.

But she was also closing everything herself, burning out her team with three-way calls and home parties, and watching her leaders struggle with the same wall she'd hit before.

In 2024, after years of knowing something had to change, she sat down with Ferny Ceballos and enrolled in the Altitude program. She's been rebuilding with systems ever since.

She's a wellness and biohacking enthusiast who has been using network marketing products since 2001 and genuinely believes the industry produces some of the best health products available.

She processes 5,000+ monthly customer orders with her team and is scaling purposefully toward 1,000 active partners — not by grinding harder, but by building systems that duplicate without drama.

Outside the business, you'll find her on horseback with Zeb — a professional cutting horse trainer and lifelong entrepreneur — or at a horse show with their kids. She leads Bible study calls, experiments with protein coffee before 10am, and holds a BS degree in Agriculture, Business and Marketing.

She started at 18 with two part-time jobs and a dream. More than two decades later, she's still building — just smarter now.
